This Cookie Policy describes cookies and similar technologies used on the Tech Thrill website, what they do and how you can control them.
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Similar technologies can store or read information on a device to help a website function, understand usage or support other configured services.
Essential technologies: We do not set cookies for ordinary visitors to make the website work. Site administrators who log in receive WordPress login, Wordfence security and LiteSpeed cache cookies. Page features may store a small, non-identifying setting in your browser storage.
Analytics technologies: Google Analytics, connected through Google Site Kit, sets _ga and _ga_* cookies to tell visits and sessions apart. Both expire after two years. They are set only after you accept analytics in the cookie banner.
Advertising or embedded technologies: This website does not use advertising pixels, video embeds, maps or chat tools. Fonts load from Google Fonts and animation scripts from jsDelivr. These services receive your IP address to deliver the files but do not set cookies.
When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or reject analytics cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the website footer. Your choice is saved in your browser storage for 12 months, then you are asked again.
Most browsers let you block or remove cookies. Blocking some technologies may affect website features. Instructions: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
We may update this policy when the tools used on the website change. For questions about cookies, email haider@techthrill.net.
