These terms apply to your use of the Tech Thrill website. A request sent through the website does not by itself begin a project. Work begins only after the parties have agreed the relevant project scope and service terms in writing.
Tech Thrill provides WordPress and Elementor website development, SEO and AI search optimization, conversion improvement, integrations and automation services. The exact services available for a project are described in the written proposal or service agreement.
Each project agreement identifies the deliverables, responsibilities, dependencies, milestones, review process and what is outside scope. Any requested change should be reviewed and agreed before additional work begins.
Project fees, payment dates, taxes, third-party costs, cancellation terms and any recurring charges are set out in the applicable written agreement. Do not rely on a general website description as a substitute for the project-specific terms.
Clients are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for materials they provide and for supplying accurate content, feedback and access required for the agreed work. Any data or account access needed for automation or integrations should be limited to what the project requires.
Projects may use third-party platforms, plugins, hosting providers, AI services or APIs. Their availability, terms, pricing and privacy practices are controlled by those providers. The project agreement identifies any required subscriptions or accounts and who is responsible for them.
Search rankings, AI search citations, traffic, leads, sales and other business results depend on factors outside Tech Thrill’s control. Any targets, measurements or reporting commitments must be stated in the project agreement. No outcome should be treated as guaranteed unless a written agreement expressly says otherwise.
Website text and materials are provided for general information. We aim to keep them accurate and current, but service descriptions are general and may change. Portfolio examples show work completed by Tech Thrill.
The website is provided as is for general information. We try to keep it accurate and available but do not promise that it will always be complete, current or uninterrupted.
To the extent the law allows, Tech Thrill is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability for project work is set out in the project agreement.
Each project agreement sets out its own warranties, intellectual property ownership, payment, cancellation and termination terms. If a project agreement conflicts with these website terms, the project agreement applies.
If a problem arises, please email haider@techthrill.net first so we can try to resolve it informally. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and its courts have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
